Looking to lease a 2020 BMW X3 XDrive 30i and was wondering if someone could send me the Residual Value as well as the Money Factor and any other applicable information. Zip code is 10706. 36 month lease, 12,000 miles per year.

Dealership giving me the following information.....
Vehicle MSRP: $55,738
Selling Price: $49,056 (12% off)
Drive-Off: $3,014 Total
MF: .00118
RV: 57%
Incentive: $1,500
Monthly Payment: $530 including tax

Payment looks about right..

But, 57% residual would impute a 36/10 lease, not 36/12.

36/12 residual is 56%
