OMG I accidentally put some LucasOil fuel injector cleaner in my full oil crankcase. it was 5 ounces, will this hurt my car, should I go take it in and have the oil changed??

There is no way to know, one would have had to do this and get to see the result. Any answer would unfortunately just be a guess but when in doubt and for piece of mind it would make sense to get the oil changed ASAP.

Sorry to say, but what i would do is drain everything. Put near fresh oil in there, let it side for a while, then drain it, then do it again, drain it and perhaps again, drain it, and then put new ones. That is personally what i would do after have advice from my friend from wall work service. Then let it run gently, let it run of maybe 100 miles, then drain it, and do the same thing one more time.
