Hi Michaell. i just received a quote to lease a 2019 retired left over loaner. the build sheet just had the discounted price but did not show me the RV or MF. Apparently they can still lease 2019.

Using the amounts provided, $601/mo+tax with $4000 upfront.
That seems to square up with their calculations, assuming 9% sales tax.
The tax listed in the right hand column is the upfront tax on the CAP cost reduction.

36 month term will increase the payment by about $15/mo.

I would always ask for a lower price.. but, that seems fair/reasonable for a Porsche dealer.
