Pulling my hair out!

Driving my 2003 Dodge Dakota in the dark, when all of a sudden the wipers randomly come on and then the horn starts beeping faint and fast. when i pull over to side of the road, i turn off the radio and the horn stops. so i get it home and i here this clicking noise coming from the left side of the dash. Any way, weeks later the clicking noise is constant and the radio doesn't work, the running lights in back don't work, the speedometer doesn't work! Also, when you turn the truck off and get out and close the door, it automatically locks itself HELP!
