Is this a good deal

I am in the process of negotiating with a dealership. I want to buy a ford fusion sel 2019 with 48000 miles on it. it was listed for 18,898.00 and total with tax comes down to 21,939.44. The dealership are reluctant in reducing the price as they claim they went below the market value for the car. I checked online today and they bumped the price back up to 22,500. Please advise on if the current deal i have is a good deal. or if i can get it better somewhere else. I am in canada by the way
