what parts exactly is suppose to be changed, what is the amount that you would consider being over charged? If the car is sitting with coolant in it cause they wont take you right away, what other parts could it be damaging? Are they suppose to give you a detailed invoice or receipt explaining what they did? if you took it back to them 2 times after they said they fixed it cause something was wrong are they suppose to give you a invoice on what they checked and show you something saying that its not on their half because the two times they brought it in they just verbally told us the 1st time oh it was just a loose wire. 2nd time they said they did a test and everything was fine?
