I am looking for the money factor and residual percentage on a 2020 Toyota Corolla LE 36 month/12,000 mile lease in Albuquerque New Mexico 87113. I also would like to know if you have information on lease incentives. I read of a $600 sub cash, but am wondering about the SAMs Club incentive as well as possible Lease to lease loyalty and regular loyalty incentives? Thank you

I don't know what the dealer transfer fee is. Are they getting the car from another dealer? If not, this is just a fee they've decided to charge for selling you a vehicle.
Non-taxable fees are likely title/registration.

The numbers will be the same anywhere in NM.

Oh... forgot. So, last time i leased, i did not get a good deal. One of the issues was the dealer said, i can't let it go at that price, that's below invoice. This seemed logical, but at the same time there was very little wiggle room between MSRP and invoice. Seemed made up, even though I saw it in black and white. What are your thought on this?
