Found a 2018 model with a a very good discount - is there a way to know MF and RV for it? How does it even work for a 2 yo model? How should I calculate?

There are no lease programs for 2018 models.

Yes, they just called me back - it is only for sale, no lease... The price is really attractive

What do you guys think about buying new 2018 XC90 t5 AWD with 25% discount? Tried to google how expensive is it to own Volvo and how much maintenance I should expect to have.
Also, did the price dedpriciate because it was standing on the lot for 2 years? In other words, will it make it harder for me to sell it in a few years.

I would suggest you go on-line to see what used 2018's are priced at, then adjust for the (lack of) mileage on the new one.
