radio issues

When we bought the vehicle we immediately noticed that you could not give voice commands such as calling a number by their phonebook name or a xm by their name and only by numbers. Three years of changing the radio out twice and having to prove there actually was a problem we were given a service bulletin that said that GM was aware of the problem and there is no fix. The Problem is that our dealer knew of the problem months before they sold us the car. GM calls it a normal operation issue. Another way of saying "it sucks to be me." They are not sure that it says that it can do that process so I sent them the quick getting to know your vehicle book
