He has not offered any selling price. Just given the MSRP. I have to get back to him with a preferred selling price. What should the best price be?

With those prices, I get $328/mo.

If you are paying the taxes and fees up front, then I can only assume the MF is marked up.

Also, confirm the adjusted cap cost the dealer is using; if higher than the selling price, find out why.

If I add the $650 acquisition fee to the selling price, and max the MF markup (.00062), then I'm just $1/mo off the dealer quote.

Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll find a different dealer.

That's $1000 less than the last quote, so better.

Only way to improve it is to negotiate a lower selling price.
