2020 GT1 RWD Lease vs Buy

I know this is broad but I found a nice 2020 GT1 RWD with Metallic Grey exterior and Red Leather interior pretty close to my house. This is the exact model with trim and colors that I've been wanting. I want to get the best deal on it so what is the advice of the pros in here. What could I get the best deal on right now. I live in West Palm Beach, FL zip 33407. Thanks for any advice.
