Thank you for this information! I'm going to share the numbers and see what you think. I applied incentive as a cap cost reduction (hope that is correct).

Inception fees: $1,670 (no cap cost reduction)

The deal is 36mo / 12k/yr
MSRP: $25,335
CC: $23,278
Incentive: 1,250
NCC Net cap cost: $22,623
RV: $14,378.25 (57% of MSRP)

My math for the monthly payment says the following:

Depreciation: $229.02 (NCC - RV)/36
Interest: $39.96 (NCC + RV) * MF
Sales tax: $16.14 (Depreciation + Interest) * 6%

Total payment: $285.12


I offered $269 per month. and they said they would take which makes me feel that it could go lower.
Deal hasn't happend yet.

Is my math wrong?

You've obviously typoed the MSRP, as even your residual doesn't equal 57% of the MSRP you've listed.

The incentive is Honda to dealer, and will be part of any discount. No CAP cost reduction.

Typo on MSRP. Sorry. it is $25,225
Amount due at signing is $1,670 but that is all fees, NO Cap Cost reduction there.

Until you get the whole offer, I think we might be guessing at most of this.
