I have thrown these into some lease calculators (including TOYOS) and something is just not adding up.

With the packages/add-ons in, this (the Tundra) is a $51K vehicle. I currently lease a '21 RL RTL-E that I paid $45k for and my payment is $563.

.63 RV and Honda's best/T1 MF, IIRC.

So, with VERY basic numbers, another $6k of MSRP, here, BUT, a MUCH higher RV (I'm assuming ~ .73 ?), I'm assuming ~ $50 a month more in depreciation, throw on another $25 for lease fee and tax (for the DIFFERENCE)??

I should be coming in ~ $625.00... $650, tops, correct?

Seeing a lot of $700+ that just doesn't make sense.

Truthfully, I am really looking at the '22's (which I'm sure will increase in MSRP), and just seeing if a $50-55K Tundra lease will work for me.

WIth the abusrd RV on these, AND low MSRP's (relatively, anyway, vs some $60, 70 and $80K domestics) these things should lease amzingly well, correct?

What term and mileage allowance?

Trying to figure out lease payments without all of the relevant numbers is a waste of time. Unless you know the selling price and/or adjusted CAP, it's just guessing.

My overarching point is that given the above, and the (considerably) higher RV of the Tundra vs the RL, a $700+ lease payment does not make any sense.

I am now "down" to $684 on TOYOs site but that still seems high to me- I am certain there is no sales tax (5%) in there, just to start.
