2020 BMW 228 Gran Coupe - Lease deal - Discount?

Researching 228 Gran Coupe, prefer with Premium Packages - ZIP 22209 (DC, VA, MD) - open to shipping. My current lease (Volvo S60) ends Dec. 1, 2020.

Suggestions on how much I can ask for Discount? 15%-20% possible in October? any promotions expected in October? (from historic trends), 2021 models have already started to arrive.

Does a Volvo lease qualify for any promotions? my employer is a BMW partner, can I use this credit in addition to current promotions?

New to BMW. Thank you for advice!

October programs will start in October - no predictions or guesses as to what may change, if anything.

For new models, 7-9% off MSRP. If the car is a service loaner or dealer demo, the 15-18% off MSRP is the target.

No conquest incentive, for September.

No info on corporate or fleet programs.
