Would this be a okay deal?

Given that you pay sales tax on the entire selling price in TX, even on a lease, that's a decent payment with only first payment due at signing.

Got a good deal with a different dealer.... 2k at signing, with 1st month payment.
36/10k $209.11 a month (21 Sonata SE). Sale price came down about another $1800 bucks at this dealer, compared to the image I posted on page 2.
