Invoice Price

So I have been looking into buying a new Colorado. I'm trying my best with these salespeople but I never seem to be shown the actual factory invoice. I just met with another salesperson this afternoon and he quoted me 32000 for a 2021 Colorado LT 4x4 Crew Cab Short Bed. Does this seem reasonable or should I continue to negotiate?

But, don't confuse invoice price with the price the dealer paid the factory - rarely are they the same.
