Ghost in the Machine--dead one moment and alive the next

Good day to you all! I have a 2008 Tahoe LTZ with almost 78,000 miles and a 5.3 L V8.

On October 2, 2020, I was accelerating uphill on a curved ramp to merge on to a main highway, and the truck became demon-possessed.

Door locks went up and down, the passenger seat belt light turned on, the climate control reset itself to 74 degrees for both sides of the cabin and the fan turned on to high-- and the transmission couldn't decide which gear it wanted to be in.

After a few minutes everything settled back to normal. That is, until November 2, when I pulled in to a hair salon to get a haircut.

I turned off the ignition, got out of the Tahoe, and attempted to lock the doors with my key fob as I always do. Nothing. Opened the driver side door. Nothing. Everything was dead as a doornail.

So, I manually locked all the doors, got my haircut, and called the towing service, which wasn't available for several hours.

I went home (I live right down the street from the hair salon) and returned to the vehicle to be there to meet the tow truck driver. After sitting in the vehicle for about 15 minutes, everything lit up like a Christmas tree; all power was restored and the truck performed normally.

I cancelled the tow, took it to my mechanic, who found no trouble codes on his device. It drove normally for a few days, then I had more trouble--this time it was dead in the garage.

My mechanic came over and could not locate the trouble spot. A day later, the car was still dead.

Something prompted me to open the passenger door and fiddle with the electric seat adjustments. Voila! It's alive once more!

This time I took the Tahoe to a Chevy dealer, who put it on their Chevy computer and found--nada. They even examined the area around the passenger seat, kept it overnight to see if they could 'catch the gremlin'--all with no joy.

Anyone ever experience anything like this?
