Can I get a better deal for this GMC canyon lease?

I am eligible for GM pricing, I have lease loyalty, there is a black Friday special and I am a costco member.

6% sales tax in michigan

$2250 Dealership Black Friday special
$1500 lease loyalty
$1000 costco lease

Monthly payment somehow ends up at $298.91 and Total up front cost is $1140.35 on the balance sheet from the dealer

I put all of this info into leasehackr calculator and it doesn't seem to match the dealership.

If anyone has any insight I would really appreciate it. I am a college student graduating this december and this is my first ever lease
