Seems like the numbers don't quite add up. We show the net purchase price is $45,065 (negotiated price less incentives). If you add the fees and taxes to that, you get $46,377.

Get clarity on the numbers from the dealer; ideally, a screen shot of their lease worksheet would be best.

So, the amounts you are adding to the purchase price aren't in the monthly payment, because you are paying those upfront, right?

So, your "Total" isn't the adjusted CAP cost? That would be $46,442?
