Dealer had work done on new car

I was working with dealership today to lease a car.
At lease signing, they disclosed that the car had some work done on it. The work order says "Technician replaced the airbag module, cable reel, and sub harness"
Dealership claims they had break-ins and had the airbag "fuse" stolen in multiple cars.
I am nervous what this means because it concerns airbag. Is the car still considered new?

I didn't sign the deal and wanted to get more information on this. Am I just being paranoid?

Any car can have problems that need to be fixed. Either before or after you buy/lease it.

Airbags are nothing special. With the Takata airbag issue for the last 20 years, most dealer techs have worked on them dozens of times.
