Thanks so much - I tried to use the Edmunds Pricing tool

But how do I select all my options [M Sport Package, Premium Package, Parking Assistance Package etc] to get the correct price for the options I want? the estimate is more for a generic model, unless I am missing something?

Counter intuitively.. don't click on "See Invoice Prices".
That just takes you to an ad page.

Scroll down and look for the "Build and Price" button in the middle of the page.
