I live in South Florida 33325 zip code. I'm looking for the MF / Residual / Incentives on a 2021 BMW M340i Sedan, both 10k or 12k miles. This will be the third time I'm leasing from BMW, so I hoping there is some loyalty incentives there as well. Thank you.

Is the MF higher than typical? .00086 = 2.064% for 12k miles? My lease is not up until April. Should I wait it out?

It's higher than last month, but lower than a year ago.

Why trade out of your lease 3 months early? You're still responsible for the remaining payments....
