2021 BMW X5 eDrive lease deal

Looking to lease or buy a 2021 X5 e-drive. I have couple of questions:
1- what is the current MF and Residual value for 2021X5 e-drive in zip 43560.
2- to buy the car I negotiated the window sticker price from $76,495 down to $68,200. Is this a good discount if I buy? Or should I get more?
3- at current rates 1.9 interest to buy, what is better to buy or to lease this car?

Purchase
0.90% APR up to 60 months, with dealer getting a $2500 incentive from BMW.

That price would be good on a purchase, I think. Plus, you'd be eligible for any tax credit.
1.9% APR is a marked up rate, unless you are looking at 72 months.

At the base rates, I would buy, rather than lease.

I think it's pretty good, if you get the base finance rate
