the passenger seat in my 2013 Equinox LTZ power button does not work.. all other adjustment buttons do work including the Lumbar adjustment... the seat is stuck with the back part to the most forward position, nothing happens when pushing the power button...

Power seats typically have one main power input and ground circuit. So if it moves up/down and forward/back then the power and ground are confirmed. For the record, the Lumbar support on your Equinox does use it's own power supply. Since the problem is only with the recline function, the problem has to be with the switch/motor or recline mechanical components of the seat. A high tech way to test is to measure the current flowing into the seat through power switch when the recline function is operated. Try moving the recline forward and measure the current. If ten to fifteen amps of current is seen then the switch, wiring, and motor circuits are confirmed. Now try to recline the seat and measure the current. If you see the same current flowing (ten to fifteen amps) then suspect that the problem is mechanical in the seat. If you see no current flowing (close to 0 amps) then the switch becomes more likely and needs to be confirmed.

Check the seat recline motor if it is getting power.
