Hood shaking at 70 MPH or higher in high winds situations

I found this problem was caused by a broken wind/debris cover under the front of the vehicle. The broken cover directed air into the engine compartment causing the hood to lift and shake violently.

    I would check the rubber stoppers under the hood.
