Hi all, i'm looking at a 2021 aviator reserve. the dealer won't tell me the MF and is saying they can't or they could lose their franchise license. I don't buy that so does anyone know the MF and RV for zip code 19044.

Saying they can't?

Forget anything else, and move on to another dealer.

Yea - I'm a CFO at a company and know the financial world pretty well. I've seen some crazy stuff in my day and i honestly fell off my chair when i read his email. I just got off the phone with them again and he's sticking with that story. "They can not tell me the MF because they'd lose their franchise license with Lincoln". This is after he tried to explain to me why APR and MF are different things LOL. This is just blatantly illegal, right?

Not illegal - the MF/APR does not have to be disclosed on the lease contract.

But, not knowing it puts the customer at a severe disadvantage; we're here to help level the playing field.
