Need help learning to get a FAIR deal :)

I'm 3 months out from turning in my current lease on a MB GLA250 in the 92029 zip. It has sunroof, heated seats, and ungraded sound system. I'm have a hard time finding these features this time on a 2021 GLA to lease, as they now want $60K for this...ummm, NO!
So, I've watch a ton of videos and just want to get a FAIR deal. If I find a GLA250W4 with and MSRP about $40,125 what numbers do I need to be careful of? Where do I start? I'm fine with 7500 miles/yr, my credit Good, not Excellent, and does any dealer or loyalty incentives get applied to the money due at signing, or somewhere else? Is there a base MF and a base RV for this vehicle? Does my return lease with low miles (20K of my 36K) have any bearing on the new lease? SO MANY QUESTIONS!

No loyalty incentive, this month

May as well wait until the current lease is up. I'm not aware of any pull ahead program, and turning it in early does you no favors.

Thank you. They are offering me $500 dealer cash, and $4,000 in loyalty incentives. My questions is how is any incentive money applied? I feel like it could be a shell-game!
Can I use that as my down payment, or make sure that $4500 goes towards my Cap Cost Reduction???

Dealer cash is taken off the sale price.

Loyalty can be used as cap cost reduction. However, I don’t see any formal loyalty program for MB. Could simply be the dealer discount renamed as loyalty.
