Is this a good deal on a Santa Fe SEL with Packages?

Hi Everyone, I need your help please. I got this offer on a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe SELwith the Premium and Convenience packages (plus a couple of other things this vehicle already has) and I wanted to find out if it in fact a good deal. The dealer is Coconut Creek Hyundai in Coconut Creek, FL. I would like to know if all those fees listed are legit. Thanks for your feedback.

Ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet. The numbers they've given you are not all relevant for a lease, and I suspect they are rolling in the fees and such to increase the payment.

Ask them for a quote with the following changes:
1. No trade equity used in the deal - pretend it doesn't exist.
2. First payment and registration costs are paid up front, and the fees are added into the selling price

I'm getting a much lower payment, even if I add in the $1927. Even if I mark up the MF (which the dealer is allowed to do) and assume the sales tax rate is 7%, I still don't get to $400/mo.

So, something is off.
