    .00045 and 59% for 36/15; 62% is for 36/10
    $500 incentive

    What are the incentives?
    What payment were you quoted?

I believe the incentive is the President's day customer cash incentive they have going on at Mazda right now

That's the lease proposal I got and he mentioned in the email " The money factor is at .00045 and the residual is at 62%" along with that proposal for 36/15k

Your document only shows a $500 rebate
The $3000 is the amount of money they want from you upfront.

Would this deal be good enough for me to take? He told me in a previous email that he'd lower the sale price to $25,293, but it seems like this sale price doesn't seem to reflect that.

To me, this deal seems like an average deal.

The residual in the right hand column is for 36/10.
So, it's hard to comment, not knowing what term the actual quote is for.

I believe your quote is for 36/10, not 36/15
