Honda accord fan speed control switch not working

Hey there. I was messing around putting a new radio in and everything was fine with my ac controls. I put everything back together and went to lower the fan speed on my ac panel and noticed no matter what speed I put it on, it would blow full force. I tried changing the blower motor resistor but it didn't fix the problem. All the other controls work fine, it gives me cold and hot hair no issues. It seems to be the only switch that is not working....any ideas???
