Looking to buy 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XLE or above

I am looking to buy RAV4 Hybrid XLE or any above trim. How should I find reasonable deal? MSRP seems to start at aprox. $29900, what should be out of the door price in DMV (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia) area. Did any one buy one recently? Please share your experience!

Hi Muhammad, did anyone ever weigh in? Did you end up buying a Rav4 hybrid XLE?
I began shopping for that exact model a few weeks ago. I'm looking for Only the convenience package - nothing else, which means that I'm probably going to have to order it and wait 8-12 weeks. That's not a problem.
I've begun collecting offers and they're all over the place. The lowest ones are all at least 10% above the $30,000 MSRP you quote. I've been using the Kelly Blue Book guide, which says that a fair purchase price range would be $29,859 - $31,630. So far, no one has come close to that.

    What have you found?

Also, Muhammad, I forgot to mention that I too am in the DMV [DC].

I had given up last month and decided to wait what Toyota offers in May as in specials. Nothing good happened except prices has gone up in last two weeks. I was waiting to see if Toyota offer 0% APR on Rav4 which looks unlikely.
Keep posting and in touch as you look around. I will update you as I start going back to the market again.

Hi Muhammad, I've found that the dealerships are most amenable to talking good deals - at least for the Rav4 hybrid - in the last week of the month (at least in my albeit brief experience). The beginning of this past week [starting around last Sunday] is a case in point. While no one is hitting the "great" or even "good" price points on the Edmunds meter for this particular car, I've had a few offers in the "fair" range after a little back and forth with the sales managers, so I'm planning on going with one of those tomorrow - unless they do a 180 and jack up the previously emailed price sheet. An example of that is an email I got just this morning from a dealer saying that the price we discussed on May 22 has gone up $3,999 and am I still interested. Really?
For awhile I gave up and switched to the Kia Niro LXE Premum Hybrid - which I also like a lot and - big pluses - that model comes loaded with far more than the Rav4 and has a far better warranty. But, in the end, I decided I'd wait to built exactly the Rav4 that is my first choice - and hope for the best. In a query I posted regarding whether dealerships have to honor their built sheet prices, someone responded - no, and either you or they can back out by the time the car rolls in. I will indeed go with the Niro if that happens because I'm This Close to dumping Toyota altogether after this car buying experience.

    Hi,
I am just started getting started to purchase a Rav4 Hybrid XLE with convenience package in the Sacramento, CA area. Toyota generated an estimate of 32, 535 msrp.

Has anyone purchased similar model/package recently and by chance anyone know what dealer invoice as well as dealer incentives might be?

    Thanks!
