Lease End Purchase, fees? advice? Toyota

Hi, I am going to purchase my rav4 lease at the end of the term. I have never done this before. Please send any suggestions and advice. Should I be wary of any fees? Should I wait for a finance promotion, and would those promos apply to purchased leases? Should I reach out to dealers to compare options, for example would some take away fees as incentive for me to buy from them?

You should contact Toyota Financial Services for details. Each bank has it's own rules. Some require you to work through a dealer, which will definitely add fees/costs.

Also, you'll likely owe sales tax on the purchase as well. And, be prepared to bring your own financing. Many captive leasing banks don't offer competitive financing on lease buyouts (or, possibly any financing).
