    .00086 and 55%
    $1250 lease credit

Leasing in TX is always expensive, due to the taxes.

$1500 discount is kind of paltry, however.

What other "accessories" are they trying to foist off on you?

The accessories consist of tint/leather protectant, door guards etc. It's all on the car apprantly. Nothing else as far as I can tell. Since the leasehacker calculator comes out to $757 (they had it @ $769 close enough), their final offer of $664 drive off with first payment only sounded decent. That equates to another 3K off the MSRP according to my calculations (does that make sense?).
    Thanks

What is the adjusted cap cost they are using for that quote?

I found another at another dealer same colors, but with Premium Package and Parking Package (This did not have the premium but only some of the features). It is about $2k more but thinking about reaching out to them and seeing if they will give me a better deal since it coming up to the end of the month. Can’t hurt. Any and all advice appreciated.

I get $738/mo with those prices.

    MF may be marked up.

Hi Michaell, since you are getting $738, the $664 seems relatively solid, trying to get it to below $650 with more options. Worth a shot. Based on my calculations, it works out to a 10% discount off MSRP. Seems decent, and its end of month.

May I be frank? $30,000+ is a lot to pay for a car you will not own. 4 wheel drive is an additional $2,000. Is it needed in FLA? Also, the paint $550 + leather $1450 tacks on an additional $2,000. Unless you are writing this off as a business expense you could do better finding a 2018 with low miles that in total would be around $30,000. But it’s your call. Good luck!

With 7% sales tax and the base MF of .00093, I get $726/mo. Not too far off.

But, $2000 is a pitiful discount amount.
