Looking for MF, residual for CX-9 Grand Touring AWD and Signature 11791, 36/10 lease and any incentives (coming out of a 2018 CX-9 lease)

Hi Michael,
have the numbers changed for this month? Dealer is telling me SIG went up to .00025 money factor adding $20 a month to my payment. He had no inventory so I had to wait.

No changes - if that's what you had last month, that's valid for this month.

Leased a 2021 Signature CX-9. Traded in a leased 2018 CX-9 Touring with premium with only 25K and perfect condition.
2021 Signature White with Chestnut Brown Interior
36 months and 10k per year
MSRP - $48,165
selling price - $44,400
Monthly w/out taxes - $449 (about 8% off)
$2600 (taxes, DMV, acquisition) due at signing so I guess effectively $521 a month all in
Dealer also paid off $705 on previous lease.

Not a great deal but given the environment and inventory shortage it was very hard to negotiate well. Other deals were much higher and no one would match this deal.

Car is great - has everything and rides real well.
