Hi group, I'm wondering what a reasonable opening offer and final target offer might be under the following conditions:

-- 2021 XC40 R-Design with Polestar, climate package, premier protection package 20.5" wheels
-- 3 year lease, 12k miles
-- MSRP 46,595
-- List price with discounts/incentives: 41,300 (not including taxes)
