Hi - I had to place a custom order as there was no inventory available by putting a $500 refundable deposit. The car just arrived at the dealership.

Please help me evaluate if it is a good deal or what I can do to make it better. Zip Code 27713.

    You can attempt to work on the MF, but you really don't have a lot of leverage, at this point.

    You can walk away and start over, I suppose.

    What were the terms that you and the dealer agreed on, when you placed the order?

    Not sure what you mean by the terms?

    They just gave me the quote sheet with the above info and we decided to go ahead and place the order and they mentioned deposit is refundable. They had said they only give 3% discount on cars in the lot but then I pushed and they did a 4% discount.

    You didn't negotiate the base MF, whatever that value was, when the car was delivered?

    Again, not much you can do about that now.

    They came back and said they accidentally quoted the wrong MF. It is .0018.

    Net price - residual value = amount / monthly payment is lower then what I am paying. Almost few hundred dollars more each month.

    Please help analyze

    Are you factoring in the rent charge in your analysis? It's not just depreciation.
