Hey all first time poster,
So i was hoping for some guidance on these 2 lease quotes i received from different dealers. One of them was definitely more detailed in their quote than the other. I am relatively new to this whole process, however i have done my fair share of research/learning and am not looking for someone else to do my homework. Just looking for second opinions, experience, and guidance.

Thank you very much in advanced.

On this first quote, couple things that standout for me to negotiate would be the Money Factor (too high) and Dealer fee.

On this last quote, he never gave me Money Factor, and an "estimation" for a lot of numbers including no out the door price.

On the first and third quotes, notice that the prices are under the heading "Purchase Option" - not all of those numbers are applicable to a lease, and there are some lease-specific numbers that are missing.

Ask them for a screen shot of their actual lease worksheet, which should include all the numbers you need to make an informed decision.

Base MF is .00093, so quote 1 is marked up to .00123.

Second quote, with no MF cited, may be the best, but without all the numbers, it's hard to say.

@Michaell Thank you for the response (sorry for the 2nd thread, didn't realize that happened) but yes im in the process of emailing them back for more specific information. Also, the first and second paper is part of the same quote,, while the third quote is from the second dealer. That said, in your opinion, the selling price of the vehicles were pretty good no? They were both above 10% off MSRP.

Yes, those are strong discounts, but the $900 doc fee and the MF markup does claw some of that back.

The selling price is just one part of the deal.
