At the base money factor, adjusted CAP cost would have to be $40,500 to get a $475/mo. payment.

$3230 over selling price
+$1525 in excess upfront money
= $4755 in additional charges.
I'd want an itemization (and, the actual adjusted CAP cost)

That seems like a lot. I'll guess there is a money factor markup.
