Texas region Lease Special question

First time posting apologies if out of line. But, I am finding it almost impossible to find a dealer willing to lease me a Tacoma on the Texas region offer of $219 with $999 down. Literally, not one acts like it is possible on the scarce SR model that falls within the MSRP. Any advice on how to hold a dealer accountable for honoring Toyota deals?

There isn't a way - those ads are just that - advertisements. Dealers may or may not honor those terms with their quotes.
