i Have been calling all around Los angeles/Socal area and while Lexus has a deal special advertised online (seems like a SoCal or national deal) on IS300 $359/mo with $3999 due at signing. Similarly Nx300 at $359 or NX300h at $399 with

Every dealer I call says there is an inventory shortage and those specials are unavailable. everyone is quoting $4k at signing and $499-520 a month. why is this happening? will prices go down soon?

Inventory is indeed running low, due to a global computer chip shortage.

Nobody knows when the market will return to normal.

If you can postpone your shopping, that would be my advice.
