Ford focus 2013 TCM/clutch

How do I get Ford to cover their faulty clutch for a second time ? The first clutch replacement was covered due to a recall. It’s been only two years and the clutch is bad again. My mileage is still under 100k.

    What was the warranty period on the new clutch? Maybe there’s still some left.
