Lease Pricing for Lincoln Nautilus Reserve

I'm looking to lease a 2021 Nautilus Reserve in NY 11747. 36/12. The MSRP of the car is $54,680, which includes destination charge of $1095. I was told that I was getting a $1750 loyalty credit + $625 off MSRP plus paying off my last payment of $425. Deal is $629 monthly with $3,996 down for 1st payment, taxes and fees. Does this sound right and is this a good deal? The monthly payment seems high given the supposed credits.

We also need a full breakdown of the $3996 - I'll guess some of that is for cap cost reduction.

The dealer is paying the last payment of $425 for my MKC. I did not get a breakdown on the $3996 down - I believe it includes taxes, 1st payment and some other fees.

I'd ask for the specific details of the $3996.

It's like pulling teeth. A friend of mine leased the Nautilus Reserve basic car last year with $0 down, 13,500 miles and is paying $618 a month. What is a good deal for this car and I can go from there. Given the current Covid/lack of cars, leasing is a totally different animal these days.

We don't track pricing; we can only evaluate the information that we're given.

At the moment, dealers do have the upper hand. If you can postpone your shopping, that would be my advice.
