Rear end bounce or wobble?

Hi everyone new member first post.
I have a new to me chrysler aspen 08 5.7l hemi 221000 miles. My question is when hitting bumps grouped together eg, train tracks, My rear end bounces either to the left or right. It can be kinda scary. When I bought it the watts link was bad so the guy who sold it to me (he's a mechanic) replaced it at his expense. That did make it better but it's still there. I've checked everything I can think of in the rear end and everything seems fine. Shocks are new munroe's wheel bearings don't have any play, control arms are good and tight. Any ideas? I'm at a loss and the guy who sold it is booked for the next 2+ weeks (also I'd have to pay him and I'm broke atm lol). I'm pretty handy with a wrench if someone can just point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Check if the wheels are seated correctly. Also, check the tire pressure.
