Early Lease Termination

I signed a 39 month lease for a Jaguar F-Pace in March 2020. I've recently accepted a long-term overseas expat job assignment and will need to terminate my lease early. In reading discussions, it sounds like I'll be responsible for all the remaining payments + wear and tear. I was wondering if anyone can provide other advice on how I could terminate the lease earlier with a smaller penalty (e.g., 3 months)?

I don't know if Jaguar allows you to sell your car to a third party (CarMax, Carvana, Vroom) - but, it can't hurt to look into it.

Also, you can look into Swapalease, which is setup to allow folks to transfer their lease to another party.
