    Are dealers marking up the MF to.00133? Ive been to 3 dealers? or is that a BMW FS call?

    Yes, the dealers can mark up to .00133.

    As you've seen, most of them are, given the supply issues.

    If you can postpone your shopping, that would be my advice.
