I got quoted that the MF is 0.00309 - that seems insanely high. (7.416% interest??? Yikes)
MSRP: $35,365
Residual Quoted: 22,279.95 (I calculate that as the residual at 63%)
Incentives: $2214.55 Equality on the '19 Lease trade-in (dealer buyout) and $2K from GM for lease returnee
Adjusted Cap Cost: $31845.45
Monthly Payment: ~$472 (9% taxes built-in)

If the MF is 0.00175 (4.2%), then the monthly payment should be 392.87

My lease is up in mid-April. Sadly, the vehicle was exactly what I have now (color, options, etc), but I am not paying a marked up MF. I guess it saves me a three hour drive to a dealership and having to swap my winter tires off right now.

Sorry, I meant GM Financial. From what I’ve been able to find they have 0% right now, possibly $250 bonus cash and $500 military.

The truck is for a friend who’s Tacoma was wrecked.

If he does go with the 2022 Canyon I’m telling him to push for a deal, even in this market. It looks like the 2023 is right around the corner with some design improvements.
