What's the residual and MF for 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring AWD 36 months/10k miles? Zip code is 90048.

Current deal is the following:

MSRP: $33,635
Due At Signing: $2k cash plus $5k equity in a lease return
Monthly: $287 including tax
Term: 36 months
Miles: 10K

Sorry I don't know all the other fees.

Monthly feels high but such low inventory that all the dealerships aren't willing to do anything.

Almost $500/mo, all in, for a $34K SUV seems like a big payment.

But, if you've shopped multiple dealers and this is the best you can do, then I don't have anything else to add.
