Is 30k reasonable? Honda Accord 2019 EX, FWD, 6k miles

The title almost says all. I want to buy the Accord from a LA dealer with OTD 30K (including tax and all other fees). However, there is a Minor Damage to this car from the report. The car was involved in an accident and had a little scratch on the front door. It has been fixed with painting. Mileage is low (only 6k), it's NOT a hybrid.

Could anyone tell if the price is reasonable and the car is worthy? Another question is, will my insurance increase if I buy this car with accident history? Thanks in advance!
