For a 2022 Civic Sport Touring Hatchback CVT, what should the MF/R/Incent be for a lease in zip 12603 for both 12k/36 and 15k/36 with a 800+ credit score (tier 0) in December? And if I have a 2019 Civic Si to trade in (lease ending), would it be wiser to consider putting the money towards a loan rather then leasing the car? Does Honda FS have 1.99% up to 60 or higher months or any Incentives on financing for this car?

Feb 28? My son is waiting on a 2022 Sport 2.0L. Dealer made it sound like the car was available from a cross state dealer. Now it seems like a factory order with a much more tentative arrival date. In transit and they hope to get it in a “few weeks.” Floating rate is uncomfortable, especially for a young person on a tight budget.

I can’t feel too sorry for him since the car has the Civic Type R engine and is about as fast and he’s not even 22 until March, LOL.

Did I mention he locked down his first job after graduation near Clearwater, FL? Ah to be young and free again what a life!

Have a 2019Accord that has some appreciation. About $8K. It was a lease, but just did the buyout. Looking at an upgrade to a 22 Accord. Doesn't seem smart to lease again with $8K appreciation. Thinking its just best to buy and use the $8K as equity against the new vehicle. Make sense?

I wouldn't bet on $8K the next time. But, if you have $8K to put down, I'd probably buy. The Accord is a great vehicle to own, long-term. (or, you could just keep driving your current vehicle)
