Leak from oil plug after oil change at dealer
I took my Sienna 2007, 98000 miles, to the dealer because maintenance light on.
They did an inspection and and oil change.
Right after I started to notice stains on my driveway. Not big but everyday there was one or 2 new one..
After more investigation I realized it came form the oil plug. I also noticed the paper from the oil change indicated wrong oil type ( 0w20 instead of 5w30)
I called the dealer about a week after first oil change .
They accepted to do another oil change. At second oil change they said I needed to pay for a new oil pan because of the leak from the plug.
But the leak started right after the first oil change they did.
How can have the dealer take responsability for their mistake?
